At Guest Label, we're committed to getting your gear to you quickly and making things right if something isn't as expected.

Shipping

Australia

We ship Australia-wide.

Standard Shipping

  • Free on orders over $100 AUD
  • For orders under $100, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Dispatch Times

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Delivery Estimates

  • Metro areas: 2–5 business days
  • Regional areas: 3–7 business days

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

New Zealand

We ship to New Zealand. Shipping rates calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery: 6–10 business days.

Please note import duties or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our warehouse, we'll email you a tracking link so you can keep an eye on your delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please double-check your address before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is entered and your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to redirect it. Any reshipping fees will be charged to the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Change of Mind

Changed your mind? No worries.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery provided the item is:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • In resalable condition
  • Returned with proof of purchase

Return shipping for change-of-mind purchases is the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons we're unable to accept returns on opened or used grooming, skincare, or personal care items unless the product is faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos or videos where relevant

We'll assess the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.

Electrical Products & Warranty

Should the electrical product be covered by a warranty, customers may be required to return the device.

Customers who register eligible products may also receive an extended warranty, where offered.

This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will confirm next steps and return instructions
